His transition into real estate began several years ago as he started by supporting Lida's business, first in the role of Operations Manager where he learned how to do everything from learning the ins and outs of Real Estate contracts to transaction coordination by guiding clients through the inner workings on the transactions.
Rakesh’s deep understanding of real estate and data-driven decisions have made him an expert in negotiating prices, repairs, and other important issues. His attention to detail ensures that every transaction runs smoothly with satisfied clients who come back for more because they know he always puts their best interests first - just as they would want someone guiding them through life's most important moments.
Rakesh is a true polyglot, speaking English, Spanish, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi fluently. He learned early on how important communication could be between two parties sharing one conversation. He has put his linguistic skills to good use over the years as an international liaison for clients.
He is constantly striving to be ahead of the curve when it comes to digital technologies and innovation. Having experience in both consumer-facing tech products like mobile apps, as well as business-critical solutions using Artificial Intelligence has helped him understand how crucial technology can be when it comes to decisions pertaining to Real Estate.
With an MBA & a degree in AI from Stanford, he combines his learnings in Finance and tech to always put the client’s interests first, always.
Rakesh is an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, and technology. He loves reading about anything automotive-related in his free time or taking long walks alongside his canine companion Ninja! When not working on business projects Rakesh also enjoys swimming and traveling to new places. Some of his favorite destinations include India, Colombia, Japan, Maldives, and Italy.
